Cookie policy
Cookies and similar tools
This page describes what the site stores in your browser and how you can manage your choices. Courtesy translation: the Italian version prevails. Version of 21 September 2026.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers saved in your browser that let a site work, remember preferences or enable services. Technical ones are necessary and need no consent; non-anonymised statistics, profiling and marketing cookies may be used only after you consent.
2. What this site uses
The site uses a technical cookie to remember the choice you made in the banner and, only if you consent to the "Statistics" category, the Google Analytics 4 cookies described below. There are no marketing cookies or other tracking tools such as pixels, local storage or fingerprinting.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| liemi_consent | Technical, first party | Stores the preferences expressed in the cookie banner (accepted categories, version and date of the choice). | 6 months |
| _ga | Statistics, third party (Google) — consent only | Distinguishes users for aggregate Google Analytics 4 statistics. | 13 months |
| _ga_* | Statistics, third party (Google) — consent only | Keeps the state of the Google Analytics 4 measurement session. | 13 months |
3. Categories and consent
- Necessary: always on, essential for the site to work and to remember your choices.
- Statistics: active only if you consent. We use Google Analytics 4 in aggregate form with a truncated/anonymised IP address to understand how the site is used; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Marketing: not used at the moment. There is no remarketing and no profiling.
4. Google Analytics
If you consent to the "Statistics" category, the site loads Google Analytics 4, an analytics service by Google Ireland Limited that uses cookies and similar technologies to collect aggregate data on how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source, device type). Your IP address is truncated/anonymised before storage and data is kept for 14 months, then automatically deleted. Processing is based solely on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and may involve a transfer of data to the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw consent at any time with the button, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. How the banner works
On your first visit the banner lets you accept, reject or customise the optional categories, with equal prominence. Closing the banner with the “X” counts as a rejection. The banner does not reappear for six months unless the tools we use change significantly, and continued scrolling is not treated as consent.
6. Changing or withdrawing your choices
You can change your mind at any time with the button, also available in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings; in that case the banner may appear again.
7. Third-party services
Apart from Google Analytics (consent only, see above), the site embeds no other third-party content such as maps or videos, and its fonts are hosted on our own server. The Google Maps link on the contact page opens an external page: from then on Google's terms and cookie policy apply.
8. Legal references
